Your healthcare provider is LIKELY subject to Catholic healthcare restrictions.
Now what?

Next Steps
- Make a list of healthcare treatments you and your loved ones may need that may be banned or restricted at this institution. This may include the following:
- Abortion care
- Pregnnacy loss treatment
- Hysterectomies
- Vasectomies
- Tubal ligations
- Birth control
- IVF
- Gender-affirming care
- Aid-in-dying
- Call their reception or ask your provider whether they can provide these treatments. If they cannot provide certain types of care, ask if they provide referrals. Many hospitals have workarounds, but you deserve better.
- If possible, research alternative options for your healthcare. However, many people don’t have alternative options.
