Young people too often bear the brunt of the impacts of the bishops and their allies’ work to restrict reproductive freedom. However, young Catholics and their co-conspirators are organizing to defend their communities and the access they deserve.

Who is Catholics for Choice?
Since 1973, we’ve worked in the United States and across the world to ensure that all people have access to safe and affordable reproductive health care services and to infuse our core values into public policy, community life and Catholic social thinking and teaching. We believe that reproductive freedom is Catholic social justice value. We work to dismantle religiously based obstructions to abortion care, contraceptive access and comprehensive health care, particularly because these barriers disproportionately affect people of color, the poor, and the vulnerable.

Young Catholic Repro Collective (YCRC)
The Young Catholic Repro Collective (YCRC) is a space for young people ages 18-26 to build community and power around pro-choice Catholic advocacy. Now more than ever, organizing Catholic young people is critical to fighting for young people’s rights and futures. YCRC is the core of CFC’s youth organizing work, including both students and other young people.
